Winter season is less crowded in Paris due to the cold weather conditions, but many visitors direct towards Paris during winter for the activities like ice skating and shopping.  Spring and fall seasons are ideal time to visit Paris because of sale at all big shopping markets, milder climatic conditions, and less crowd.
